Cade and Fynn were incredibly helpful to me and my mother today! Their customer service went above and beyond to help us find the certain BTS merchandise with no hassle at all. They even went to the back during their busiest hours on a holiday Saturday To check their inventory in the back. We would have been SO lost without them today! The greeter In a rainbow mask was so sweet too! Although I didn’t catch their name, they deserve a compliment as well. Overall: Great energy in here for their customers. I appreciated their cheerfulness (as a Store Manager myself I know holidays wear people out!)

was traveling from kansas and stopped here to buy fishnets and came out with five other items!! we also met an amazing salesperson her name was abby i think, she was super nice and very knowledgeable! definitely deserves a raise!!

Lots of customers when I arrived. Got into line to wait my turn having a online order for pickup. An associate noticed I had my phone in hand, she came over and asked my name I told he, she left for one minute. Coming back with my order in hand, she verified my ID and I was done and out the door. Thanks to her I didn't even have to reach register to pickup order. Thanks for the great service.

My youngest son wanted to go to this store for some t shirts and they had everything and then some of what he wanted. That made our trip so much easier and the staff was soooo nice to us. We will be back and my son had fun so then I also did! Thank you!

This Hot Topic is very well stocked. Had everything I was looking for plus more. I was surprised of how much stock they had. I was very very pleased with the employees too. They came up to me to see if I needed help and to tell me about the sale they where having, and if I needed to I could put my merchandise up front if couldn't hold everything. I'm very pleased. I never been to a hot topic where they have treated you so good.

Hot topic is great I didn't find clothes my size cus I'm really fat but their was nice trinkets and pins etc. It's a great place for finding niche stuff I'm definitely coming back

I always go to hot topic! They always have great items and amazing service. One of the workers kept helping me out and would ask if I needed anything or if I needed to use the changing room. Got this outfit from them and I love it!! Also got a couple cute shirts! 100/10! Keep up the great service!

I always love going to hottopic, they have super cute clothes and really nice perfumes. I also love all of the nightmare before Christmas gear they have!

This store is in the St Clair mall across from the food court. Lots of very cool clothing here. Many other cool stuff here. The staff here is professional, friendly and professional. If you are looking for something unique, you should check out hot topic . You should check out this store if you are in the mall.
